French cast brass 8 day large figural mantel clock, c1860.
CONDITION:
heavy, detailed and impressive case with cherubs, garlands, urn, etc. Round French movement with count wheel bell strike. Porcelain dial with blue numbers. Convex beveled glass. Original worn gilt surface. The movement will need service and refit of retaining strap, no pendulum. 22" high.
